DO THE HAIR SERVICES INCLUDE HAIR WASHING?
Clients can wash their own hairs before coming in if they prefer. We can shampoo the hair but the time in close contact will be limited.

ARE YOU STILL ABLE TO BLOW DRY AND STYLE MY HAIR?
Yes, we are still able to make you look gorgeous! Additionally, we can always show you how to style your hair to make sure you leave feeling amazing!


CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We are very happy to seeing your friends and family come enjoy our services. Unfortunately, due to the limited capacity that is applied for both clients and staff, we kindly ask you to visit the salon alone if possible.

WHAT PERSONAL BELONGINGS CAN I BRING?
We've been asked to limit people capacity and the number of personal items that can be brought to the salon. Personal belongings need to be with you all the time during the appointment.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
We are sorry but food and drinks are currently not allowed inside the salon.


CAN I ARRIVE EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive on time for the appointment as we are trying our best to assist you. Limited capacity is applied at any given time; you may be asked to wait outside of our salon if the limit at the front desk is reached.


ARE FACEMASKS REQUIRED? WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ONE?
Everyone must wear a face mask at all times to minimize any risks of spreading COVID-19. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you one upon your arrival.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
We are very happy to accommodate you if we have availability at that time.


WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED MORE DURING COVID-19 ?
Over 70% of salons have increased their fees or implemented a COVID fee; it will help covering thousands of dollars of new equipment acquired to serve our guests safely including Plexiglass, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, masks, and signage. Please consider that due to the new staggering of shifts and social distancing measures we will only serve at a third of our normal capacity. We will review this fee on a quarterly basis.


I’M A HEALTH CARE WORKER AND WORK WITH COVID-19 PATIENTS, AM I ABLE TO GET MY HAIR DONE?
First, we want to sincerely thank you for all your work. Unfortunately, we still cannot take clients who have been around someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. We must minimize any risks of spreading COVID-19 and do our best to keep our guests and staff safe.


I’VE SHOWN SOME SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 IN THE PAST 10 DAYS, CAN I STILL COME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
